Here is a quick meal you can make for the one you love. Make your typical grilled cheese but take it one extra step by adding a shape. I had a cute little heart cookie cutter but you could use anything. In the middle I put an egg white, adding a little extra protein and dimension to my tasty grilled cheese. Try this with some tomato soup for a quick meal when you aren’t feeling great or it is an extra cold day. Tip: I put the cookie cutter in place after toasting one side to make it easier to remove the grilled cheese heart, then I finished toasting on each side while the egg cooked.
