Don’t be a Hack! Or maybe do….

Food hack?!  Hack is not typically a word I want anywhere close to a description about my cooking or skills in the kitchen, however these “hacks” are brilliant!  I particularly enjoyed the idea to blend your lemons to make lemonade or soaking your pasta ahead of time so you can cook it quickly.  What ones do you like from the article?

One of my favorite “hacks” I use in my kitchen is when making chicken, to buy it in bulk, cook in the slow cooker, then shred it and put it in freezer safe bags for quick weeknight meals.  Plus I have found that you can save a little money buying it in bulk 🙂 What are some of your own “hacks?”
