Simple Solutions: Baked Cookies

It seems like one of the most talked about desserts that I hear friends say they love are baked cookies.  We’ve been eating them for years, but we are still raving about them.  I’ll admit, it is absolutely delicious to place your fork in a small dish or cast iron pan and pull out a forkful of slightly under cooked, warm cookie dough, with just a hint of ice cream.  So why spend the money out at a restaurant when you can easily make this treat at home. Just take cookie dough (homemade or not) and prepare as below.  You’re family will think you are the hero that just made the yummiest dessert on a weeknight and you’ll save the $7 of buying one out.  Plus you can make the cookie dough to your family’s dietary needs.  Homemade cookie dough typically last for a few weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.  Go ahead…indulge and enjoy Foodie Fad’s Simple Solution for your kitchen.

I like to slightly under bake my cookies (be careful with raw eggs though). I normally bake on 325 degrees for a few minutes, until slightly brown on the top. Then allow to sit for a minute to sit up.
