This summer I had the opportunity to try a froze, a frozen blended rose that was delicious. Living in Arizona we aren’t always ready for all the warm luscious apple cider beverages but we desire a taste of Fall…thus my Apple Cider Froze creation. Borrowing from the trend of the frozen rose this uses apple cider, processco, and ice. I recently was gifted a Vitamix and am learning about the layers to blend so I blended those three in order.
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 cup processco
- 1 cup of ice
- Put ingredients in blender in the above order, blend till it appears slushy.
- Serve in champagne glasses or other glassware.
- Consider rimming with caramel.
